How long does delivery take? Shipping details can be found in the shipping policy page (link on the page footer) Please note deliveries may take longer over seasonal periods!

How do I track my order? Please look out for your dispatch confirmation that will contain your tracking details. If you cannot your tracking number, please contact us and we will provide this for you.

I can't see the personalisation in my order confirmation, is it there? Yes we will contact you if we are missing personalisation for your order. If you entered it when adding to cart, we have it!

How do I personalise an order? Please wait for the text box to load on the product page and type it in.

I haven't received an update on my order? Our friendly customer service team will be happy to provide order updates for you. Please contact them at orders@thebrandedgiftco.com and quote your BGC- order number.
