Tracking an order
All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. If your order has not arrived yet, please do check your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation email) on the Royal Mail website linked here: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Any courier delays will be recorded and displayed when tracking your order. If your order is delayed in this case, our courier partners will do their very best to deliver to you at the next available opportunity and update your tracking. If the delay recorded on your tracking does not update in 48 hours, please contact us directly and we will investigate the delay with our courier partners.
Although we do our best to offer a swift and prompt service, we can experience a delay in dispatching orders during peak seasons. If there is a delay with your order that we are responsible for, we will communicate this to you via email.
