Ordering

I’ve placed an order, but I’ve not received a confirmation email.

If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, please double-check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find a confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team, who will be able to locate your order and re-send an email to you.

How long will it take to produce my order?

Production typically takes 24-48 hours.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, PayPal and ApplePay.

Do you offer discounts?

The best way to receive discounts on your order is by signing up to our mailing list. This is where we send our promotional offers and discounts.

How do I apply a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout stage. You will see a box to enter the discount code.

Delivery

What delivery options can I choose from?

Standard 3-4 working days - Royal Mail 48 Tracked

Next Day (before 3pm Mon-Fri) - Royal Mail 24 Tracked

Where do you deliver?

Currently to the UK only (this includes Northern Ireland). 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

3-4 working days at most unless you opt for next-day delivery.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Please double-check your tracking number with Royal Mail regularly in case there are any updates. Royal Mail do not provide us with any additional information aside from this.

Where do I find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking number on the dispatch confirmation email we sent you when we shipped your order. If you’ve not received this, please check your junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at orders@thebrandedgiftco.com and we will be happy to help you.

I have my tracking number, where do I track my order?

You can track your order on the Royal Mail website. Have your tracking number to hand and track your order here.

Is your website safe?

Yes, we are powered by Shopify and Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify. If you have no idea what we've just said you can read more here.

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes, we do! Be the first to know about new products and exclusive discounts by subscribing to our mailing list. You can sign up to our mailing list here.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can do this at any time. Please look for the 'unsubscribe' button in the footer of all our emails. 

Returns & Cancellations

 

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. In the first instance, please take a photograph of the damaged item and email our customer care team at orders@thebrandedgiftco.com and we will be more than happy to help from there. Please also include your order number in the email.

*please note without photos we are unable to take any action.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped by emailing us. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it to us at your cost before we can cancel it. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
