Here's a few things you need to know:
Orders placed after 10 am on the 20th of December may arrive after Christmas.
2. Postal delays.
It's peak season, so your order may be delayed in the post. We have therefore allowed extra time for the delivery to be made and will dispatch your order sooner than normal. If your tracking details haven't been updated, please be patient. It is purely down to the post being busy and there is nothing we can do to speed it up.
3. Make sure your shipping details are correct!
We've already had several customers ask to change their shipping address when we've already shipped their orders as we are shipping extra fast at the moment. Once shipped, we cannot amend the shipping address and we will not cancel/refund orders as a result.
If there is a problem with your Christmas order, you must let us know before the Christmas deadline so we can fix it for you in time for the big day!
5. Next-day deliveries after the deadline
Ordering next day after the Christmas delivery deadline gives your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas. However, we are not guaranteeing it will arrive on time as we expect the postal service to be very busy. hence we have moved our deadline forward for all delivery services.
